Alex was very brave today and drank some of her herbal tea. But unfortunately she threw it all up. It upset her stomach terribly and she was unable to keep any of it down. She really tried and I have to give her alot of credit because it was pretty nasty. We decided that there is no use in forcing her to drink something that is going to make her miserable and then she will throw it all up. Once she throws it up it is not doing her any good so it is a vicious cycle where she drinks it and it is nasty, it then makes her sick and she throws it up. We just want to keep her as comfortable as possible.
Her breathing is getting more and more labored and today we put her on oxygen. Mom also gave her some morphine tonight. I do not want to loose my baby sister but we have no control over this situation. Please God take her peacefully and without suffering. Please pray for her.

I am so glad she is at home. Tell her Happy Birthday and to come visit the babies in the nursery when she feels up to it and me of course next time shes at Medical City. She is such a little fighter and so strong and me and my family are praying for her daily. She is so lucky to have a great family to love on her and keep her spirits up.
